Each application must be filled out completely and truthfully, and submitted with a non-refundable Application Fee of $50. This fee is per person. All occupants 18 years or older must complete an application. Co-signers, if needed, must also pay the $35 Application Fee. We do not accept comprehensive reusable tenant screening reports (CRTSR).
Please do not submit an application before speaking with a Royce Group employee to ensure availability of a unit. All application fees are non-refundable. If the property is not listed below, there are currently no availability.
Lease Terms, Deposits & Fees
All our complexes rent on a Month-to-Month basis. The total of Deposit & Fees is $800 (which includes $200 Holding Deposit). $200 is a Non-Refundable Administration Fee. The $600 Security Deposit is refundable after 12 months of residency, refunded after move out. Any cleaning above normal wear & tear will be deducted from the refundable deposit.
Written verification of income that equals three (3) times the monthly rent per household will be required along with supporting documents such as:
Management will screen for criminal history. Criminal history may be a basis for denial of an application.
We accept co-signers that can show all of the above qualifications and the ability to cover their own expenses plus your rent, if needed. Co-signers must also apply and pay $35 Application Fee.
When evaluating an application, we consider all aspects of the information provided. We are looking for people who will respect their neighbors, our property, pay rent on time and appreciate the value and service we offer.
