Pet Policy

Country Squire - No Pets
Foothills - Cats & Dogs Accepted
Forest Park - Cats & Dogs Accepted
Hideaway - Cats & Dogs Accepted
Pacific Park - Cats Accepted Only
Crimson Hills - No Pets
Habitat Properties - Cats Accepted Only

We accept cats and most dogs with an additional deposit. Breed restrictions apply for dogs, please call for the complete list of restricted breeds. There is a limit of 2 pets per unit. We do not accept rodents, reptiles, spiders, birds, or fish tanks over 10 gallons.

All pets must be over 1 year old, spayed or neutered, and indoor only. All dogs must go through a Pet Interview and be pre-approved by management prior to processing an application. We reserve the right to refuse certain breeds.

Dogs must be leashed while outdoors and their waste must ALWAYS be cleaned up immediately. Cats are not allowed to roam freely outside.

We require copies of Vet Records showing age, immunizations, and surgery records of all animals.

Pet Deposit & Fees
Cats - $300 refundable deposit & $200 non-refundable fee
Dogs - $800 refundable deposit & $200 non-refundable fee

The full pet deposit & fees are due at move-in.

All Pet owners will be required to sign an extensive Pet Agreement.

Service/Companion Animals accepted with verifiable doctors letter documentation required.
